"A few months ago we purchased a vacation property at Hammock Bay in Naples. Our search began when we contacted Mark Weber at White Sands Realty, via email, to let him know we would be in the area and would like to look at some properties. Mark was quick to respond and contacted us by phone to get to know us and find out what type of property we were looking for. Once we arrived in Naples (from New Jersey), Mark put us in the very capable hands of Leah Paige. Mark and Leah were a great team and took exceptional care of us during our short stay in the area. We had a very pleasant experience during the entire process.

Since we were not familiar with the area, Leah helped us find places to eat and things to do, not just tourist spots, but as if we were living in the area. That was great! We really could see ourselves spending time here, feeling like we were on vacation, but also feeling comfortable enough to live here too. A good balance. We had a great time doing it too!

Leah provided us excellent real estate guidance as well. She showed us several types of properties in the area, just as we asked, and was very professional with our appointments and the other clients (sellers). She was also very approachable and interested in us as well. It made it very easy to be around her and work with her. She always had our best interest in mind.

We appreciated Leah's willingness to spend a lot of time with us to reach our goal in a short timeframe. Since we were in the area for personal reasons as well, Leah made everything very convenient for us. She picked us up and drove us around, and met up with us to have papers signed. She went out of her way to make it all very easy and pleasant.

We quickly found something we wanted to purchase and Leah and Mark made the whole process simple. We had concerns since we were from out-of-state, but they reassured us that everything would be fine, and it was. Leah interfaced with the sellers on our behalf and kept the negotiations going smoothly. They led us through all the steps in the process and made sure everything was taken care of. Our closing was a breeze as well.

We would highly recommend Leah Paige and Mark Weber at White Sands Realty. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We can't wait for our next visit to the area to see them and get together, since we now consider them friends.
